Rates shown are high season/low season. Rates do not include 11.7% state & local occupancy tax
or housekeeping gratuity. High season is June 30 - Sept 5. Low season is Memorial Day - June 29 &
September 6 - Columbus Day. Check in 3 pm Check out 11 am. Inquire about late check out.
All
room rates are double occupancy. An extra fee of $25 per person, per night is applied for extras in the rooms.
A
minimum stay of 2 nights, 3 nights on holiday weekends, is required. Payment in full required for all
reservations of 4 days or less.
A 50% deposit required for stays of 5 days or more with balance due 15 days prior
to arrival.
We cannot confirm a reservation until payment is received in accordance with our policy. 14 days advance notice required for refund upon cancellation. We provide a
full refund (less a processing fee equal to 10% of the total reservation) upon a written notice of cancellation received 15
days prior to the first day of the reservation. Late arrivals or early departures are not refundable. Refunds
for reservations canceled within 15 days of the first day of the reservation only will be refunded (less the 10% fee) if we
are able to re-rent the room.
